Tests, Certifications & Data Sheets

All our products are accompanied by technical data sheet signed by our technical office. Each data sheet is complete with all laboratory data so that our client can be autonomous in the planning of each application.
On the data sheet all data relating to the product are shown: dimensions of every detail, material of which it is composed, and treatments carried out on it. Furthermore, thanks to our internal process of quality control and effectiveness of our products on the card we indicate:

• Traction values of the drum
• Cutting values
• Extraction values from the fixing structure

Thanks to our cutting-edge laboratories, we can provide precise data also for particular fixings, special and non-standard.
We can indeed carry out tests for fixing applications in special situations or for the resistance of fixing on specific materials through laboratory simulations.
Our officials can also perform extraction tests directly on the site, in this way it is possible to detect empirically the values referred to a specific application.
Carried out every relief, we provide the relative technical report.

Considering any possible variable relative each construction site:

• Building height
• Geographical position
• Fasteners type
• Application’s materials

we can provide our customers with advice on the number of fasteners per square meters needed.
Thanks to the experience of our technicians we can elaborate calculations which respond to the two main needs related above all to roofing: the effectiveness of fixing and its compliance with the strict Eurocode regulations.

To satisfy always more the technical needs of working direction, our fastener can also be CE certified.

We have always operated following quality procedures to assure the client care and attention towards his needs, for this reason in 2014 we started ISO9001 certification, successfully obtained on 19th June 2015.
